We'll provide the estimated delivery date based on the delivery method you choose, and we'll include that date in your order confirmation email.
We do our best to get your product fulfilled within 2 to 3 days, if possible earlier. If we notice any issues with the address or anything we will contact you to try to resolve the issue. Please provide your most viewed email to quickly resolve any issues should they come up. Every order is carefully looked at by us in our warehouse, no third-party fulfillment company involvement to help offer the best shipping solution for you.
HOW ARE YOUR CABLES PACKAGED?All cables are individually test, signed off and packed according to each order. Nothing is prepacked as a major retailer. This is done to give extra care for your product. We use bubble envelopes to help increase cushion for extra protection for your items.
DOES MY ORDER NEED TO GO THROUGH CUSTOMS?Because your order is dispatched internationally, it has to be cleared through customs. All international shipments have the proper documentation for easier customs clearance.
WHAT ABOUT DUTIES AND TAXES?Those are out of our control and are solely based on the customs department of the country.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES AND TRANSIT TIMES?Different shipping rates offer different transit times based on final destination, weight and measurement of the package.
SHOULD I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?We strongly recommend getting shipping with the tracking option. If package is lost, it will be hard for us to track it down for you.
HOW DO YOU SHIP?We ship using CANADA POST domestically in Canada. USPS, FedEx are available to be from our Toronto warehouse to the USA. Internationally is FedEx, PostNL, APC Logistics and Asendia.
After the order has been fulfilled you will be e-mailed the tracking number and service you can track it. This would help in case of delays or other events. Make sure to make sure emails from @tourgeardesigns.com are accepted by your email. If not it might go automatically to the spam folder and you won't get your tracking information.
CAN YOU MARK MY SHIPMENT AS A GIFT?We will not mark the items as a gift. The buyer is responsible for all import fees, taxes, VAT, customs fees, etc. Due to the ungovernable nature of these laws on the part of TourGear Designs Inc., we refute any accountability or responsibility for any additional fees & customs tax you may incur.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST / STOLEN / ARRIVES DAMAGED?In the events of lost / stolen / damaged packages, etc. contact us at email@example.com to investigate the situation and resolve it.
We would strongly suggest having a security system at your home if you are a frequent online shopper. This will ensure in case of any potential thefts or miss handling all is captured to offer you a piece of mind.
Shipments with "Delivered" Scan from carriers do not qualify for a loss claim and refunds. The same goes for unclaimed and parcels not meeting customs requirements. All shipment receiving dates are estimated and not guarantees. TourGear Designs Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen mail.
Products usually ship out within 2-3 business days
- Orders are processed 7 Days a week. Pickup and delivery dates are Monday-Friday, except for national holidays. Be aware that orders may experience longer processing and delivery times during holidays.
- Orders can't be delivered to PO boxes (unless you use Canada Post), other retail stores, re-shippers or package-forwarding services.
- If you select a premium shipping service such as FedEx, it must be paid for. Any free shipping discount code for the service will not be accepted. If selected it will be changed to either Canada Post for Canada or USPS for USA.
